Today’s Tech Role Model is Meghan Lazier. Meghan is a UX designer who builds better policy, programs, and services across the federal government through her work as a designer and strategist. She has worked to improve how Americans interact with government through high visibility projects at the Federal Reserve Board, the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau, the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Millennium Challenge Corporation and the Office of Personnel Management. She is a Board Member of AIGA’s DC Chapter, where she organizes the biannual DotGov Design conference. Meghan is a graduate of the Design for Social Innovation MFA program at School of Visual Arts.

Today’s Tech Role Model is Pariss Chandler. She is the founder of the #BlackTechPipeline platform. This platform serves to support and bring exposure to the black community in the technology industry. She also created the hashtag #BlackTechTwitter and cultivated the movement. Parris, better known as Pariss Athena, is a mom to a six-year-old boy named Sevee, and works as a Front-End Developer in Boston, MA.

Today’s Tech Role Model is Clio Dill. Clio is a visual designer at Huge and the founder of 0.4 Magazine, a scientific-based editorial focused on happiness. She transforms research, data, and academia into more accessible content so that anyone can improve their well being. She is passionate about using design as a tool to elevate inspiring people and ideas.

Today’s Tech Role Model is Tania Lili. Tania is a multidisciplinary designer from Mexico City based in New York. She got her start in design over a decade ago and has experience working in creative agencies and media/tech companies. She is currently the Head of Design at Genius in Brooklyn.
