The first day back to work after a break can be tough, but it’s even more difficult when it’s subzero out. Sometimes, you just need to add a little sparkle. My office was still decorated from our holiday party a few weeks ago, so my colleague Jordan moved the sparkle curtain in front of my glass windows. When people walk by, it shimmers in the breeze.
